Ingredients

- ¾ cup of mayonnaise

- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 tsp dried dill weed

- ½ tsp dried parsley

- ½ tsp salt

- ¼ tsp black pepper

Step-by-Step Preparation

  1. Whisk together the mayo, almond milk, and lemon juice/vinegar until smooth.

  2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Taste and adjust: add more almond milk if you want it thinner (for dipping vs drizzling), or more herbs for a stronger flavor.

  4. Chill for at least 20-30 mins before serving to let the flavors meld.

Storage and Shelf Life

Store homemade ranch dressing in an airtight glass jar or container in the refrigerator for up to 7 to 10 days.
