My Story

December 2024

December 2025
The first time I questioned the food I was putting in my body was when my father was diagnosed with colon cancer.
For years before that, since 2019, I'd been struggling quietly: constant stomach pain, sugar addiction, weight gain that crept up so slowly I barely noticed until I couldn't ignore it anymore. I tried diet after diet — cutting out foods, working out, counting calories, walking every day. Nothing stuck. Any weight I lost always came back, and then some.
In early 2025, everything started to shift. I earned my Life Coaching Certification, hoping to help others — and in the process, I became more self-aware. It changed how I saw myself: more positive, more purposeful, more certain that I wanted to help other people find their own potential too.
Then I found WILDFIT in the spring of 2025, and it changed my life in more ways than one. It came at exactly the right moment: years after my father had been diagnosed with cancer and my mother with Type 2 diabetes, I had been searching for something real.
What made WILDFIT different was that it didn't start with food rules. It started with understanding my relationship with food. That's how I finally understood my sweet tooth, my chocolate cravings weren't really about chocolate. They were about my dad. About comfort. About childhood. Eating chocolate was how I stayed connected to him. Once I understood that, everything shifted. I found real food freedom.
I learned how to make choices that actually support my body, and let go of what was quietly harming it. Today, my rosacea has completely healed. I've released over 20 pounds. My joint pain and headaches are gone. I wake up early, rested, and stay energized all day. I want to exercise now, and I don't have to force myself anymore. My hot flashes are gone. My mindset is positive. I feel confident in my body again. I no longer crave sugar or the foods I know don't serve me.
Because of how much this changed my life, I became a Certified WILDFIT Coach. Since then, I've had the privilege of helping others transform their health too, clients whose heartburn disappeared, whose migraines stopped, who no longer need medication for joint pain or arthritis. People who've released weight, let go of cravings, and noticed glowing skin, stronger nails, healthier hair. And that's just the beginning.
I'm part of a global community of WILDFIT coaches, and every day, we share stories just like these. If you're ready to understand yourself more deeply, change your relationship with food, and build a higher quality of life for the years ahead — I'd be honored to walk that path with you.
