Get ready to fall in love with this nut and seed bread! Not only is it absolutely delicious, but it’s also a fantastic way to boost your diet with healthy fats, protein, and fiber. Yum!



Ingredients

- 100g pumpkin seeds (3.5 oz) - 100g sunflower seeds (3.5 oz) - 100g almonds (3.5 oz) - 100g walnuts (3.5 oz) - 100g linseed/flax seeds (3.5 oz) - 100g sesame seeds (3.5 oz)

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 5 eggs (whisk with a fork)

- 2 tsp salt



Step-by-Step Preparation


  1. Preheat oven to 160°F (320°C).

  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl without chopping any nuts, seeds, or grains.

  3. Cut out a sheet of parchment paper that just covers the bottom of a standard bread pan. Pour the dough into the pan.

  4. Bake the bread at 160°F (320°C) for about one hour.

  5. Slice when cool and then freeze for easy, convenient use (optional).
